Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant Sidney spent eight years with Coopers & Lybrand at their London City Office. He then joined a West End practice with nine Partners and eighty staff becoming a Partner and managing one of three large audit teams of fifteen staff. In 1983, Sidney set up and developed his own practice. Baginsky Cohen was formed in 1995 combining the client portfolios of Sidney Baginsky and Des Cohen who were both partners in the same West End practice. Sidney deals with a wide range of clients; specialist experience in property, medical practices, charities and professional businesses including partnerships and limited companies. He also deals with executorships including the preparation of assets and liability statements for Estates for Probate, preparation of Estate Accounts and related advice and tax. Responsible for maintaining and developing our in house computer network and providing computer consultancy and assistance to clients. Sidney is married to Linda and has two children Adam and Lisa. Sidney has for many years been a Governor and a Past Treasurer of the Jewish Joint Burial Society, a registered Charity, and is actively involved with the Society’s work. |
